My creative interests stem from a fervent and lifelong fascination with fate, finality, and falsehood. With a background working for some of the world’s most well-known fintech businesses—not to mention a childhood spent playing computer games—I find myself most-energized when I’m exploring how technology shapes our understanding of these topics, and one’s self-ontology.

Currently, my art examines these subjects through two core lens: the natural world as a liminal space for a modern consumer society, and the factors – freewill or otherwise – that’ve led me to my present position within those said structures. Digital code has been revolutionary stepping stone for me here, allowing a more immersive journey of artistic interrogation.

However, I am increasingly becoming interested primarily in video art, and the idea that artifice can reveal an authenticity that authenticity itself lacks, I hope to explore this medium much more deeply in the near future. All of this to say, in plain speak, creating art helps me understand my place in the world, and maybe my place after it, too.
